The Position:

At a time when police and community relationships are tested more than ever before, law enforcement agencies are looking for every opportunity to provide their communities with exceptional service. SPIDR Tech has built the world’s first automated customer service platform for law enforcement that gives agencies the tools they need to best serve their communities. Our platform interacts with 911 callers and victims of crime by communicating with them directly to keep them updated and gather their feedback. We are seeking a customer-centric, details-driven Implementation Manager to ensure that we are providing a smooth and efficient, professional deployment process for our customers. The Implementation Manager will work as the primary deployment project manager directly with agency stakeholders, ensuring they successfully deploy in a thorough and timely manner.

SPIDR Tech is a fully remote company.

There is a possibility for occasional travel for on-site deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple customer deployments as the primary point-of-contact and project manager from post-sale to product launch
  • Develop detailed project planning documents following the best practices of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowlege (PMBOK)
  • Organize project milestones, collaborating with customer stakeholders and the assigned Deployment Engineer and/or Customer Success Manager (CSM)
  • Ensure complete documentation of customer notes and accurate communication of customer needs
  • Interface with the product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams as needed
  • Prepare and conduct customer-facing meetings, presentations, status reports, and Kickoffs
  • Coordinate the implementation of customer upsells and migrations with Customer Success
  • Need to Have:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing, project management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint, Keynote, or similar programs
  • A passion for details, keeping customers happy, and project management
  • A desire to help public safety agencies and their communities
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Preference for Candidates With:

  • A bachelor's/graduate degree from an accredited university
  • Background in Law Enforcement or Public Safety
  • Project Management experience–Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
  • Data analysis experience
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
